From the beginning, we put on providing intensive product advice.
We work out solutions together with our customers. Following receipt of our customers’ instructions,
ALBROMET carries out a constructive test with regard to the mechanical properties and metallurgical suitability of the respective products.
We can also prepare proposals in CAD and give these to the customer as an aid.
Warehouse with Cutting center
For all our products we have a big, sufficient warehouse - as well as a hughe cutting center in our house.
Our sawing tolerances are generally +1 mm. Our recommendation for the finished size is + 5 mm, the minimum allowance 3 mm. In the case of partial lengths longer than 500 mm, we can guarantee a max. of plus 1.5 mm cutting tolerance. We will deliver our cuttings deburred or will inform our customer about any deviations. Also the cuttings are parallel. Because of their angles, all blanks are suitable for NC vices.
